The champion who stayed the course
Gary finished six points clear of Duane, turning 22 wins and a draw into 67 points. His name sits at the top of every saved league table from 25 March through the last pre-finish archive on 23 October. The early weeks had offered a different picture: Angus led the opening archived table, Stewart later reached first, and Dean P’s entry briefly topped the standings before Gary’s long run.
The archive has a summer gap between 19 June and 24 August. Those saved tables tell the story of the campaign, but they do not establish an exact day-by-day count of time spent top during the break.

Twenty wins brought Duane 61 points and second place. He also owns the season’s highest recorded checkout: 106. Duncan’s league entry finished third on 54, ahead of Angus on 51. Duncan replaced Dean P during the season; the inherited league record is preserved without attributing Dean P’s individual performances to Duncan.
Ten places, finally settled
Chalkey secured fifth on 45 points. John L and Scott both finished on 43, with John L ahead on the recorded highest-checkout tiebreak. Stewart and Adam also ended level, on 40, with Stewart eighth. Jon G completed the qualifying ten on 39 points, two ahead of Dean S.
The confirmed Champions League qualifiers are Gary, Duane, Duncan, Angus, Chalkey, John L, Scott, Stewart, Adam, Jon G. Their places are earned; the next competition is a new chapter.
A deciding leg for the double
The Springwell Cup final on 30 October gave Gary a second trophy. Angus took the 301, best-of-five contest all the way, but Gary won the deciding leg to complete a 3–2 victory. The league champion had become the cup champion too.
